  • Specialized trustee services for special needs trusts.

  • Protection of financial eligibility for public assistance programs such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid.

  • Professional money management through a registered investment advisor.

  • Public assistance record keeping in addition to standard fiduciary accountings.

  • Assessment of public assistance programs.

  • Coordination of life management assessments for identification of special needs.

  • Liaison with beneficiaries, family members, service providers, vendors, care givers, and other professionals.

In addition to Special Needs Trusts, The Center provides specialized services to a variety of other trusts. These other trusts are also designed to preserve eligibility for public assistance benefits in one form or another.
